We shoot destination weddings.  Most photographers hope to get at least one destination wedding to shoot in their carrier.  We specialize in them.  In fact beleive it or not we have shot over 1,000 destination weddings since we started over 10 years ago.  There are things that are very important to know about shooting weddings in places that are considered paradise.  These weddings are not your normal wedding.  There are extreme lighting changes from moment to moment.  Then there is the salt water, sand and extreme heat on the beaches.  There is a knack to keeping the equipment working, keeping hydrated, and still keeping everything running smooth.  Our brides and grooms often tell us how reassured they are when we are able to help them with about every situation they may face.  I believe it is one of the most important jobs of the wedding photographer to keep everything under control and to set the tone for the wedding to go off without a hitch.  A good photographer will  not only be able to get great shots, tell the story of the day but will help to keep things running smooth.  We love what we do and understand there is a lot more to wedding photography than just shooting pictures at a wedding.
